Abstrakt: Moderní technologie hrají v životě globální společnosti čím dál větší roli. S tím se ale zvyšují i bezpečnostní rizika plynoucí z jejich používání. Článek se zabývá hybridními a kybernetickými hrozbami z bezpečnostního hlediska. Omezování těchto rizik je jedním ze strategických cílů i v rámci obrany Česka, kterou je třeba zajišťovat součinností několika státních organizací včetně Armády ČR. V článku je představeno nově vzniklé Velitelství kybernetických sil a informačních operací, které bylo založeno primárně k zajištění kybernetické ochrany sil a prostředků Armády ČR.

Abstract (EN): Hybrid and cyber threats. Modern technologies play an increasingly important role in the life of global society. However, this also increases the security risks arising from the use of modern technologies. The article deals with hybrid and cyber threats from the security point of view. Reducing these risks is one of the strategic goals in the defence of Czechia. The defence of the state must be ensured through the cooperation of several state organizations, including the Czech Army. The article presents the newly established Cyber and Information Warfare Command, which has been created primarily to ensure cyber protection of forces and resources of the Czech Army.
