Abstrakt: Těžba uhlí a následné rekultivace významně měnily a mění charakter naší krajiny. V článku jsou diskutovány problémy a dilemata spojená s obnovou krajiny po těžbě, zahrnující problém nejednotnosti používané terminologie, dilemata související s technickou rekultivací, přirozenou sukcesí krajiny, zachováním historického dědictví a autenticity a nejistoty týkající se hodnocení úspěšnosti projektů obnovy krajiny.

Abstract (EN): And then what? Issues and dilemmas related to landscape restoration after coal mining. Coal mining and subsequent reclamation significantly changed and are changing the character of our landscape. The article discusses issues associated with the post-mining landscape restoration, including the problem of inconsistency in the terminology, dilemmas related to the technical reclamation, natural landscape succession, preservation of historical heritage and authenticity, and the uncertainty regarding the assessment of the success of landscape restoration projects.
