Abstrakt: V poslední době roste zájem o poznání minulosti míst, komunit a krajiny v českém pohraničí. Součástí tohoto procesu je i připomínání mnoha sídel, která v této oblasti zanikla v průběhu 2. poloviny 20. století. Přestože jejich zničení je příkladem komplexních a extrémních proměn krajiny, nebyla tato místa zcela opuštěna a zapomenuta.

Abstract (EN): Deserted settlements as part of landscape memory in the Czech borderland. Recently, there has been growing interest in exploring the history of places, communities and landscapes in the Czech borderland. Part of this process is also remembering many of the settlements in the area that were deserted during the second half of the 20th century. Although their destruction is a result of complex and extreme landscape transformations, these places have not been completely abandoned and forgotten.
